This Privacy and Personal Data Processing Policy establishes the way in which Miss Gorgeous collects, stores, uses, preserves, protects and, when applicable, deletes the personal information it receives through its website, forms, contact channels, WhatsApp, email, social media, booking processes, verification processes, casting processes, customer service and internal coordination.
This policy is governed by the Political Constitution of Colombia, Law 1581 of 2012, Decree 1377 of 2013, and any other regulations that govern, amend or complement the protection of personal data in Colombia.

Models, candidates or women interested in becoming part of Miss Gorgeous.
Providers, photographers, allies, collaborators and third parties related to the operation.
Users who visit the website or interact with forms, links, WhatsApp, email, social media or any official Miss Gorgeous channel.
Miss Gorgeous shall not be responsible for the processing of data carried out by fake pages, unauthorized numbers, personal profiles, external intermediaries, unauthorized third parties or accounts that are not part of the official channels published by the brand.
3. Personal Data We May Collect
Miss Gorgeous may collect, depending on the case and purpose, the following personal data:
Identification Data
Name, alias, age, nationality, identification document, date of birth, city, country and any other data necessary to verify identity or legal age.
Contact Data
Phone number, WhatsApp, email address, Telegram username, social media accounts or any other channels voluntarily provided by the data subject.
Booking or Coordination Data
City, date, requested time, model category, service preferences, hotel or meeting area, and any other data necessary to confirm availability, coordinate the experience and ensure safety.

Payment receipts, references, screenshots or information strictly necessary to validate bookings, deposits, balances, rates, commissions or contracted services. Miss Gorgeous does not request banking passwords, security codes, personal passwords or unnecessary financial information.
Model or Candidate Data
Photographs, videos, measurements, age, city, availability, languages, experience, verification documents, image-use authorization, contact details, professional information and any other data necessary to evaluate, activate, update or remove a profile.
Technical or Browsing Data
IP address, device type, browser, pages visited, cookies, browsing metrics, submitted forms and data derived from the use of the website, when these tools are active.
4. Sensitive Data
In accordance with Law 1581 of 2012, sensitive data refers to information that affects the privacy of the data subject or whose improper use may lead to discrimination.
Miss Gorgeous may process sensitive data only when it is provided voluntarily, expressly and knowingly by the data subject, or when it is necessary for security, verification, coordination, consent, protection of personal integrity or compliance with legal obligations.
The data subject is not required to provide sensitive data. If the data subject chooses to do so, they authorize Miss Gorgeous to process such data exclusively for the informed purposes and under enhanced confidentiality measures.

To evaluate applications, create or update profiles, coordinate photographs, videos, availability, categories, rates, internal processes, payments, sanctions, withdrawals, image authorizations and operational communications.
Commercial Communications
To send information about availability, models, experiences, promotions, updates, cities, services, benefits or content related to Miss Gorgeous, always respecting the data subject’s right to request deletion of their data or to stop receiving communications.
Internal Operations
To manage providers, allies, payments, reports, quality control, internal audits, protocol compliance, complaints, requests, claims and service improvements.
Legal Compliance
To respond to requests from competent authorities, exercise legal rights, preserve necessary records, comply with contractual, accounting, administrative or regulatory obligations, and protect the rights of Miss Gorgeous, its models, guests and third parties.
Reputation Protection and Prevention of Misuse
To prevent unauthorized use of photographs, profiles, texts, brand elements, contact numbers, official channels, visual identity or confidential information belonging to Miss Gorgeous.
6. Authorization of the Data Subject
By providing personal data through the website, forms, WhatsApp, email, social media, calls, messages, booking processes, casting processes or any official channel, the data subject gives prior, express and informed authorization to Miss Gorgeous to process their personal data in accordance with this policy.
Authorization may be given in writing, by electronic message, through a form, digital acceptance, conversation through an authorized channel, unequivocal conduct or any other means that allows proof of the authorization granted to be preserved.

8. Procedure for Consultations, Claims or Data Deletion

Consultations
Consultations shall be answered within a maximum term of ten (10) business days from the date of receipt. If it is not possible to respond within this period, Miss Gorgeous shall inform the data subject of the reasons for the delay and the new response date, which shall not exceed five (5) additional business days.
Claims
Claims related to correction, updating, deletion, revocation or alleged non-compliance shall be answered within a maximum term of fifteen (15) business days counted from the business day following receipt of the complete claim.
If the claim is incomplete, Miss Gorgeous may request the data subject to correct or complete the information within five (5) business days following receipt. If two (2) months pass without a response from the data subject, it shall be understood that the claim has been withdrawn.
9. Confidentiality and Security
Miss Gorgeous adopts reasonable administrative, technical and human measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, copying, deletion or fraudulent processing.
Access to personal information shall be limited to authorized personnel, collaborators, processors or third parties who need to know such information in order to fulfill a legitimate, contractual, operational or legal purpose.

11. Use of Images, Videos and Visual Material
Photographs, videos, stage names, profiles, descriptions and any other visual material of models or candidates shall only be used when there is prior, express and informed authorization.
Miss Gorgeous may use such material for verification purposes, profile publication, catalog updates, authorized promotion, communication with verified guests, internal control and authenticity protection.
Models or candidates may request the update, removal or review of their material in accordance with internal agreements, signed authorizations and any pending obligations with Miss Gorgeous.
It is prohibited to copy, download, reproduce, publish, distribute, modify or use visual material belonging to Miss Gorgeous or its models without express authorization.
12. Data of Minors
Miss Gorgeous does not direct its services, communications or processes to minors.
Miss Gorgeous does not intentionally collect personal data from children or adolescents. If it is identified that information from a minor has been received without valid legal authorization, such information shall be deleted, unless there is a legal obligation to retain it or report it to the competent authority.
For booking, verification, casting or collaboration processes, Miss Gorgeous may request confirmation of legal age and may reject any request when there is doubt regarding the age, identity or legitimacy of the data subject.
13. Retention of Information
Personal data shall be retained for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, comply with legal or contractual obligations, protect the rights of Miss Gorgeous, manage security, resolve claims, maintain administrative records or comply with requests from competent authorities.

Note Regarding Guests, Models and Candidates
This Privacy and Personal Data Processing Policy applies to guests, clients or users interested in making a booking, as well as to models, candidates, providers, allies and any other persons who interact with Miss Gorgeous through its official channels.
In the case of guests, personal data will be processed mainly to respond to requests, verify necessary information, coordinate bookings, ensure safety, prevent fraud, confirm availability and maintain discreet and personalized communication.
In the case of models and candidates, personal data may also be processed for verification, evaluation, profile activation, information updates, coordination of photographs or videos, authorized use of image, availability management, payments, internal communications, quality control, safety and compliance with Miss Gorgeous protocols.
When photographs, videos, identification documents, sensitive data or visual material of models and candidates are involved, Miss Gorgeous will request prior, express and informed authorization, and will process such information under enhanced confidentiality, security and discretion measures.
